Very attractive nose that combines apple ring and dried pear with plenty of herbs, a touch of licorice and some mystery. Rich and mellow, but also full of life with great, mineral freshness lifting the substantial body and carrying the long finish.

The 2019 Goldberg Riesling GG is beautifully coolish, pure, fresh and stony on the nose that displays white fruit aromas along with floral and herbal notes. Round and piquant on the palate, this is a juicy yet pure, fresh and salty finishing Riesling with grip and charm. Tasted as a sample in May 2020.
