A pretty bouquet of citrus blossom, Meyer lemon, crisp green pear and pastry cream introduces the 2017 Puligny-Montrachet 1er Cru Folatières, a medium to full-bodied wine that's beautifully satiny and elegant, with excellent depth and dimension, a harmonious sense of completeness and bright balancing acids, concluding with a long and pure finish.
