2006 Percarlo Toscana IGT, San Giusto a Rentennano
Spring and summer temperatures and rainfall were within the norm. However the grapes were ripening slowly until the end of August when the weather changed and rain, plus a great difference between day and night temperatures, brought the contents of the grapes to a perfect level which is very apparent in the wine. It is intensely flavoured, elegant and well rounded.
