Organically farmed vineyards. Bushvines. Manual harvest in boxes. elaboration and aging Native yeasts. Elaboration in small wooden tanks and gentle aging for 12 months in wooden foudres. Soils: Terrassed vineyard located at 550 to 725 meters asl above the Bibei river, on steep slopes facing west and northwest. The soils of granitic origin are shallow, acidic and coarse textured.
