The wine shows an elegant character of figs, dark fruit and gentle toast. The palate is quite striking and more expressive than the nose. Concentrated but fluid, superb and delicate tannins for a Priorat wine. Great balance and elegance with a positive reductive character. Decantation is mandatory to obtain full potential. Year after year L’Ermita gains delicacy.
