This is a deep, pure and fleshy bouquet of raw and bloody meat, crushed stones and fine but complex ripe fruit aromas. Very inviting and just beautiful. The palate is powerful, intense and long, with coconut flavors intertwined with ripe black berry flavors and very fine tannins. This is a stunningly silky and beautifully balanced red wine from the Italian part of Switzerland. It's outstandingly intense and rich but very well shaped and highly elegant, as well as seamless in its texture. Very, very long but always vital and fresh.
