2015 "As Caborcas" Valdeorras D.O., Telmo Rodríguez
Located in continental Galicia, in the village of Santa Cruz, As Caborcas are 2,5 hectares of vineyard shaped in endless terraces on steep slopes bordering the Bibei river. Big stone blocks scattered around the vineyard add to the impressive atmosphere. West and north oriented, this ancient vineyard hosts a mixture of traditional varieties.
The grape varieties Mencia, Merenzao, Sousón, Garnacha, Godello and Brencellao are Matured in used oak barrels.
